Fabio Daniel

When he settled in South Africa, Fabio began working in fine dining at Rust en Vrede, first under David Higgs, and then under John Shuttleworth who remains a mentor to him. He continue to find inspiration in travels. When he and his wife take their annual holiday, they always have food and wine as a guide as to which destination is chosen to visit.

Beyond that, Chef Fabio has always been driven by the team effort of the kitchen. Achieving 50 Best Discovery and 2 stars with EatOut has brought some recognition for him and his team, which motivates them to keep improving and excelling in the kitchen.
