I am a young, active and ambitious cook, previously a professional hockey player, I have moved my sporting character into a kitchen where I do not recognize half-measures.

In the kitchen for 11 years, during this time from working on a dishcloth, being a kitchen assistant, then head of the section, I took part in the Polish edition of the Top Chef program, I completed a monthly internship in the ** michelin of the L'air du temps restaurant in Belgium - Namur
