Our winery in Madera, California is a specialist in after dinner wines, either to be enjoyed by themselves or with a dessert course. We will be showing our Essensia dessert wine at the dinner and our Elysium dessert wine at the luncheon.    Essensia is made from the variety, Moscato Fior d'Arancio, is also growing in the Colli Eugani region in the Veneto. The varietal characteristics include characteristics of Orange and Apricot. Elysium is made from the Muscat Hamburg variety, a black skinned grape with characteristics of rose and red fruits.
