Our philosophy stems from the vineyards we own around the winery and the use of advanced soil characterization techniques. Thanks to this technology, we can divide each estate into plots, each plot into small similar areas and each of these areas, if necessary,into groups of vines with similar behaviour. A new way of understanding viticulture, in which each vine has something very important to say.
